PHASE 1
ONBOARDING
Woohoo! We start by getting everything organized and aligned. You’ll receive access to your client portal, onboarding questionnaire, and shared drive, followed by a kickoff call to walk through goals, expectations, and next steps together.
PHASE 2
DESIGN + COPYWRITING
This is where your website takes shape visually. We’ll present the design in a presentation call, gather feedback, and refine the work through two main rounds of revisions to ensure everything feels aligned and intentional.
PHASE 3
DEVELOPMENT
Once the design is approved, we move into building. This phase includes development, mobile optimization, on-site SEO, accessibility checks, integrations, and performance testing to ensure everything functions seamlessly.
PHASE 4
LAUNCH
After final review, we prepare your site for launch and handle all technical setup. You’ll receive one week of post-launch support to address any final tweaks, questions, or adjustments as you settle into your new site.
PHASE 5
CONTINUED SUPPORT
After launch, we offer an add-on to continue working together through ongoing website support, with priority access for updates, refinements, and ongoing care as your business and website continue to evolve.
