East End Civic Association
The East End Civic Association is a community-rooted organization dedicated to empowering the historic East End of Newport News through advocacy, education, and collaborative action. Guided by the legacy of the neighborhood’s elders and ancestors, the Association works to preserve cultural heritage while advancing equitable growth and engagement for current and future generations.
With a mission focused on unity and meaningful progress, the East End Civic Association brings together residents, local businesses, government partners, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations to address the social, economic, and environmental issues shaping community well-being.
