PREVIOUS APPROACH:
Our initial research involved assessing the social media strategies of other psychiatric services and contrasting them with Alpha's existing Facebook posts. We observed that Alpha's current social media strategy felt promotional and had a formal tone. Additionally, the visual content often emphasized negative emotions potential clients might be experiencing.
OUR NEW APPROACH:
We've broadened the content topics, adopting a more informal and empathetic tone. This approach establishes credibility while using a professional yet relatable language to help potential clients connect with our client's services. Our approach is now more optimistic, aiming to instill hope in clients seeking treatment and positioning Alpha as a brand symbolizing encouragement and support.
